We utilized Rapid Family RV for a week long camping rental and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. The camper was immaculate with special touches to make their guest feel at home. Customer service from the beginning of the stay until the end was top notch. I will definitely be utilizing their services again and I highly recommend them!

First class operation. Pulled in to the welcoming feeling of the tiki torches being lit the fire pit being ready, and all you had to do was light it… and even the popcorn maker was ready to go… The bed was amazingly comfortable… the rug was laid out with the chairs being set up… All the linens or first class… Everything was very clean very highly recommended… Would use them again… The owners Tom and Brandy actually showed up the next morning to get our contract because we arrive later that evening and and didn’t want us to have to travel any further… They were really great people to work with… Can’t wait to use their services again… Thanks Rapid Family RV for an amazing, stress free weekend!!

Rapid Family RV is a life saver. I'm a full-time student living in my travel trailer and had a refrigerator die on me. I got their business card in a local gas station. Tom was an amazing guy to work with. he diagnosed the problem on site as I was unable to move the trailer. Then just a few days later there he was pulling up the drive with a brand-new fridge. They really treat you like family. Even if you're an Hour or more drive from their Mcchesneytown-Loyalhanna location, Rapid Family RV Has your Back.

Rented one of their campers for a weekend. Rapid Family RV had it all squared away and ready to use at the campground. Just showed up, walked in, enjoyed the weekend without any worries or work to setup/teardown. The camper was spotless, AC on when arrived, also included kitchen utensils, towels, and other amenities that most hotels rooms have. Awesome experience and will be renting again for sure!!!

Good morning. Recently (8/23) I visited a rv campground with a friend. Upon arriving, I found that she needed brakes on her 2001 Greyhawk. Luckily, the campground had a business card for Rapid Family RV and I gave them a call. From the jump street, I was impressed with their professionalism on the phone. I was also blown away that Tom scheduled an appointment to assist us that day and, kept in contact with me throughout the day to keep me apprised of obtaining parts and meeting the agreed upon time for our service. Once there, Tom handled the job in a relatively short period of time. I also appreciated that his prices were reasonable and fair. If I ever break down in the Pittsburgh area, first call will go to this company to see if it is within their service area. High praises to them!

He set us up at our campsite, complete with fresh flowers - first stack of wood for fire - fresh and embroidered linens - outdoor rug and chairs set - A/C on and fired up! We enjoyed the ease of the vacation as the camper is COMPLETELY stocked and spacious. Brand new and state of the art!
